The Classic economy range of rosettes is made from ruffle pleated 25mm acetate ribbon these are ideal for promotional or charity events or for general purpose rosettes. These are by far the most popular rosettes in our range they are made to exacting standards and in the size you want. We give you the choice of 4 centre sizes Mini, 50mm, and 58mm, should you want show rosettes. They are made using the most up to date machinery and techniques to ensure consistent high quality. We can customise the show rosettes to incorporate the name of your dog or horse show, event and great for promoting your race night or quiz.

Our pricing policy is based on the more you order the less cost per rosette. Count the total number of rosettes ordered and that is the price point you pay, no vat to be added. We guarantee our rosettes and will replace or refund your money without hesitation should you not be happy with our rosettes.

Acetate ribbon is the lightest ribbon used for rosette making.
Satin ribbon has a silky feel making the rosettes heavier and gives a silky touch
Grosgrain ribbon is a heavy weight ribbon similar to medal ribbons as used on military awards.
There are 4 types of ribbon pleat usually used in the manufacture of rosettes. Knife pleat which has been used for a number of years generally gives a flatter appearance to the rosette. Box pleat which is raises the pleat a little, as the name implies of a square box appearance. Ruffle pleat which gives the rosette a 3 dimensional look with more body to the rosette. Elizabethan pleat this is a tightly pleated ribbon rosette and is named after the collar ruffs from Elizabethan times.
Glued rosettes the most commonly used method of attaching the ribbon to the rosette.
Stitched rosettes, has been used for some time but is now less common due to the higher cost of labour and materials.
The number of tiers will determine the overall size of the rosette usually described from the outside and working into the centre.

Hot foil printing is the traditional way that rosettes centres have been printed as this gives good clear results. Choice of colours in matt or gloss foils most use gold foil.
Fastening most rosette manufacturer offer 3 types of fasting, Safety pins or Crimp pins, tapes or bridle clips most charge extra form bridle clips as they are more labour intensive to fit.
Rosette tails are the streamers that come down from the rosette head. These can be of different lengths and widths. Some have set tail prices others charge per mm of length. It’s important to check if price is for 1 tail or a complete set of tails.
Tail printing a way to personalise a rosette by printing sponsorship on the tails of the rosette, there is usually a charge for printing the tails and some manufacturers will charge extra for setting the print up.
