Carriage:

Orders up to £25.00 P&P £4.50

Orders from £25.00 to £100.00 P&P £7.50

Orders from £100.00 to £200.00 P&P £10.00

Orders from £200.00 to £300.00 P&P £12.00

Orders from £200.00 to £700.00 P&P £15.00

1.All orders must be paid for prior to manufacture - proforma invoice can be supplied.

2. Telephone orders can be accepted but must be paid for before commencement of order.

3. No vat is payable

4. All orders from overseas must be paid in pounds sterling, either by bankers draft or inter bank transfer.

5. Please order your rosettes in plenty of time. Remember each order is manufactured individuually. This enables us to plan ahead to everyone's benefit.

6. Please give us all the relevant details on the order form. Further explanation may be included at bottom of order form

7. Postage and packaging are applicable on all orders except those being collected.

8. Export orders postage and packaging at cost

9. Please ensure that both show and delivery dates are filled in.  A.S.A.P. orders will be placed at the end of the list

10. We will not be held responsible for any shortages or errors unless reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

11. we reserve the right to refuse an order or part of.

12. All measurements are approximate and descriptions are only given as a guide.

13. We reserve the right to subtitute any materials in the event of our suppliers failing to supply.

14. Where a special motif of any discription is required to be printed, it will be the responsibility of the person placing the orderto have obtained permission for it's use to avoid infringement of copyright.
